Senator Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                         
BILL NO. 112 "An Act imposing a tax on residents of regional                                        
educational attendance areas; and providing for an effective date" be                               
returned to the Rules Committee. Without objection, the bill was                                    
returned to the Rules Committee.
